1. To be forward thinking as we work together for an exciting and

2. To evangelize at any cost - no more survival-mode thinking
3. To create "laboratory" churches and plant new churches
4. To create a strong national missions consciousness and focus
5. To plan for a national youth director and strong youth ministry
6. To create a context within our churches for godly pastoral leadership
7. To declare our solidarity in Christ by not having a lone ranger
