Membership in the 4Cs provides:

 

1. A National Pastor who provides pastoral care and counsel to churches and pastors.

2. Conflict resolution, mediation and crisis intervention for pastors and churches.

3. Ministerial Credentials for individuals and churches.

4. Resources, screening and interview help for pastoral transitions and selection process.

5. Coaching and support for home mission’s churches and church plants.

6. Governance, fiduciary and policy oversight for churches. 

7. A national website for our churches and credentialed members.

8. Monthly teleconference and webinar calls with pastors.

9. National prayer covering for all our churches and credentialed members.

10. Advice on CRA regulations affecting churches.

11. Member of the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada.

12. Member of the Canadian Council of Christian Charities. 

13. Constitutional and by-law preparation and revision help for our churches.

14. Maintain marriage licenses for member clergy for all provinces in Canada.

15. Position papers and policies provided for our member churches.

16. In addition to regional gatherings for pastors and spouses, there is annual pastor/spouse day at 4-C Annual National Conference for fellowship, encouragement and continuing education.

17. Direct representation at each Annual General Meeting through voting delegates.

18. Covenant agreements with Emmanuel Bible College and Rocky Mountain Bible College that provide free audit courses to our membership.
